Movie cuts to a scene with a wolf again. If it’s supposed to be a commentary on his behavior with Arthur then what I think it’s implying is that Markus is close to acting “predatory.”
Movie gets back to our protagonist joining what I presume is a pedophile support chatroom.
Next we get another scene with Markus and Arthur bonding. It’s literally one of the cutest things ever. It’s hard not to ship them. We see Markus looking out of a window and seeing an adult couple holding hands. He probably wishes he was normal so he got to experience such a thing.
Even though he’s not attracted to adults he tries to be in a relationship with Arthur’s mom. There is a brief sex scene. I got to say, it really grossed me out… mhm. I wonder if this is how teleios feel when they watch the bonding scenes between Markus and Arthur?
Later that night, Arthur comes into the room because he wants to sleep in bed with his mama and Markus. I guess in a way this is the closest way Markus will get to getting laid with people he finds attractive. Markus seems pretty uncomfortable though, as he turns around to not face Arthur.
Later on when Markus is at the same public pool, someone recognizes him. Markus has to come up with an excuse as to why he is taking pictures. He says he’s photographing the architecture. I like when the movie gives up close shots of the boys Markus is admiring. We really get an understanding of what’s going on in his head.
In the next scene we can see Markus trying to come out to Jessica through an email letter but he decides to not send it to her. I feel bad for Markus when Jessica is trying to be intimate with him. It’s so awkward and not enjoyable for him. I feel bad for Jessica too. She’s in a relationship with a guy who secretly isn’t into her. She notices how Markus is so unreceptive to her sexual mannerisms and thus she starts to feel insecure about her appearance: worried Markus no longer finds her attractive. Markus pretends to be into it. He glances over at a framed photo of Arthur during the deed.
Next we see Markus leaving the room to go into Arthur’s room. Then we see him lifting up the sheets to find Arthur sleeping snuggly up to his teddy bear. It’s so flipping adorable: it’s hard for it not to pull at your heartstrings. I bet Markus thinks he’s a cutie too and wanted to hop in bed with Arthur!
